Terms of Membership
Your company is enrolled into a Fire Service Pro's annual membership upon successful payment and after validating your license service. To be advertised in the specific site directory promised. In this case it would be The Extinguisher Pro website.
Payments
Your membership is renewed annually. Done automatically through PayPal or Square, as long as you keep your credit card information updated through their site portal.
You should receive e-mails if cards need updating or about to expire. They also provide customer support to help walk you through updating card payment methods.
Should your membership cancel, due to non-payment, a setup fee may be imposed to restart your membership account.
Upon cancellation the advertised listing will revert back to a free directory listing.
Cancellation
We use PayPal and Square to manage the merchant processing of payments made, both portals put your business in control of your subscription with us.
Manage Subscriptions through your PayPal or Square Account. You decide when to keep or cancel.
Should you wish to cancel, you upgraded listing will remain displayed in the listing directory until the end of your annual membership subscription. There is not a refund offered for unused time.
After upgraded membership listings cancel or expire, they are reverted back to a free listing in the directory, at the end of the annual membership term.
If you are in a free listing status, and wish to upgrade your listing. Unless if there is a specific promotion in your region, you will be subject to setup fees to upgrade your free listing.
